Lodge Lake

In August, I hiked to Lodge Lake in Snoqualmie Pass and painted for a while while sitting on a very uncomfortable log. It was a silent, perfectly still summer day. The only movement in the lake came from dragonflies and fish eating mosquitos. It was glorious. This was one of the results of that morning.
